AI development & workflow automation

Not a demo that impresses in a meeting. Systems with evaluation, guardrails and cost controls that hold up once real customers use them.

Outcomes, not activity reports

We ship AI into real products — assistants grounded in your own data, document processing, and automations that remove hours of manual work every week.

  • Hours of repetitive manual work removed from a specific team's week
  • AI answers grounded in your documents, with citations, not invented
  • Token spend measured and capped before it becomes a surprise invoice
  • A measured accuracy baseline, so 'is it good enough?' has a real answer
Capabilities

What we build under AI & Automation

Engage us for one of these or the whole line — the team is the same either way.

AI assistants & chatbots

Support and internal assistants that answer from your documentation, escalate cleanly when unsure, and log every conversation for review.

RAG over your own data

Retrieval pipelines across your docs, tickets, contracts or wiki — chunking, embeddings, vector search and reranking tuned against a real evaluation set.

Document & data extraction

Turn invoices, PDFs, forms and emails into structured records that flow into your existing systems, with confidence scores and a human review queue.

Workflow automation

Connect the tools your team already pays for — CRM, email, spreadsheets, billing — so the copy-paste steps between them disappear.

AI feature integration

Adding summarization, classification, search or drafting into an existing product, behind feature flags with per-tenant usage limits.

Evaluation & guardrails

Test sets, regression checks on every prompt change, prompt-injection defenses, PII handling and fallbacks for when the model is unavailable.

Deliverables

Exactly what lands in your hands

Written into the contract, so there is no argument at the end about what “done” meant.

  • Automation opportunity map with estimated hours saved per workflow
  • Working pilot on your real data before full build-out
  • Evaluation set and accuracy benchmark you can re-run yourself
  • Cost model: per-request and projected monthly token spend
  • Deployed system with logging, monitoring and a human-in-the-loop path
  • Prompt and pipeline documentation your team can maintain

Questions

AI & Automation FAQs

Will our data be used to train someone else's model?

No. We use enterprise API tiers where the provider contractually does not train on your inputs, and we can deploy open-weight models inside your own cloud account when data cannot leave your perimeter at all. Which option applies to you is decided in week one, in writing.

How do you stop the AI from making things up?

Three layers: retrieval so answers are grounded in your actual documents, citations so a user can verify any claim, and an explicit 'I don't know' path when retrieval confidence is low. We then measure how often it is right against a labelled test set, so accuracy is a number you can see rather than a feeling.

What does it cost to run per month?

That depends on volume and model choice, and we model it before you commit — cost per request multiplied by your expected traffic, plus caching and smaller-model routing to bring it down. Most internal assistants we build run in the tens of dollars per month, not thousands.

Where should we start if we have no AI experience?

With one narrow workflow that a specific person does repeatedly and hates. We run a two-week paid discovery, map the candidates, and pilot the one with the clearest hours-saved case. That gives you a real internal reference before any large commitment.

Can you integrate AI into our existing product?

Yes — that is the most common request. We work inside your codebase, ship behind feature flags, and add usage limits per customer so a single heavy user cannot run up your bill.
