UI/UX design for products that have to ship
We design in the same room as the engineers who build it. Every screen comes with states, breakpoints and tokens, so nothing gets improvised in code.
Outcomes, not activity reports
Research, user flows, interface design and a real design system — delivered as components your developers implement without guesswork.
- Fewer support tickets because the confusing screens got fixed before launch
- A design system that keeps the tenth screen consistent with the first
- Developer handoff with real specs — spacing, states, empty and error cases
- Accessibility considered during design, not retrofitted after an audit
What we build under UI/UX Design
Engage us for one of these or the whole line — the team is the same either way.
Product & UX design
Information architecture, user flows and wireframes that settle how the product works before anyone argues about colors.
UI design & visual identity
High-fidelity interfaces with a considered type scale, color system and dark mode — distinctive without fighting platform conventions.
Design systems
A component library in Figma mapped one-to-one to code tokens, so design and implementation stay in sync as the product grows.
UX audits
A heuristic and analytics-informed review of an existing product, delivered as a prioritized list of fixes ranked by effort against impact.
Prototyping & user testing
Clickable prototypes tested with real users before development starts — the cheapest possible moment to discover a flow does not work.
Landing pages & marketing sites
Conversion-focused pages designed around a single action, with the copy structure and social proof placement that shortens the decision.
Exactly what lands in your hands
Written into the contract, so there is no argument at the end about what “done” meant.
- Research summary and prioritized problem list
- User flows and annotated wireframes
- High-fidelity screens for every state: loading, empty, error, success
- Figma component library with design tokens
- Interactive prototype for stakeholder sign-off and user testing
- Developer handoff file with specs, assets and responsive rules

UI/UX Design FAQs
Can you design without building it?
Yes. Design-only engagements are common and we hand over production-ready Figma files your own developers can implement. We will also stay available for implementation questions during your build at no extra cost — badly answered handoff questions are how good designs get built wrong.
How long does a design phase take?
A focused product design phase is typically 3–6 weeks: about a week on research and flows, two to three weeks on interface design, and a week on the system and handoff. Larger platforms run longer, and we scope by screen count rather than by guess.
Do you do a redesign of an existing product?
Yes, and we usually recommend starting with an audit rather than a blank canvas. Redesigns that ignore what currently works tend to break the habits of your existing users, so we identify what to keep before deciding what to change.
Is accessibility included?
Contrast ratios, focus states, touch target sizes, keyboard order and screen-reader labelling are part of our normal design work, targeting WCAG 2.2 AA. Formal certification or a third-party VPAT audit is separate, and we will tell you when your industry needs one.
